Melih Can Yaman completed his high school education in Yalova and graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law. His practice focuses primarily on enforcement and insolvency law, labor law, contract law, and commercial and corporate law.

Throughout his legal internship and professional career, he has worked with domestic and international clients operating in a variety of sectors, gaining experience in litigation, enforcement proceedings, and legal advisory work. In addition to handling the pursuit and resolution of disputes, he advises clients on the drafting and review of contracts and on the assessment of legal risks that may arise from commercial and employment relationships.

He believes that a preventive approach to legal advice is as important as the resolution of disputes, and he places importance on structuring legal processes correctly from the very outset, taking foreseeable risks into account, and managing them in a sustainable manner.
