Ozan Ufkun Tobaoğlu, a founding partner of CT Legal, is a graduate of Vefa High School and Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He provides legal advisory and attorney services to domestic and international clients in health law and health tourism, commercial and corporate law, employment law, real estate and inheritance law, enforcement and insolvency and banking law, and intellectual and industrial property.

He specializes in health law and, in particular, health tourism. He has extensive experience in the legislation, administrative procedures, and practices governing health tourism intermediaries and agencies as well as polyclinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities, and he acts as counsel and ongoing adviser to these organizations. He provides continuous counsel to companies operating in a variety of sectors, representing them in the drafting and review of commercial contracts, the regulatory compliance of corporate practices, and all matters arising under employment law. In employment litigation, he acts on behalf of employer clients, among them some of the world's leading technology companies. He also serves production companies that create content for television and digital platforms, as well as performers, on matters of production and management agreements, authorship and related rights, and the protection of name and image rights.

By acting as counsel to leading Turkish banks, he has gained broad practical experience in enforcement and insolvency as well as finance and banking law. In real estate and inheritance law, drawing on many years of litigation experience, he represents clients in disputes arising from immovable property and inheritance, including actions for the cancellation and registration of title deeds, collusive transfers by the deceased, the annulment of wills, and abatement claims.

He regards building long-term, trust-based relationships with his clients as a result of closely understanding each client's commercial objectives and sector. On the understanding that legal support begins long before a dispute arises, he assesses the legal consequences of commercial decisions in advance and develops workable solutions.

Ahmet Coşkun, a founding partner of CT Legal, is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. With comprehensive knowledge and practical experience across various areas of Turkish law, he provides legal advisory and attorney services to both domestic and international clients. His practice focuses in particular on enforcement law, investment law, commercial and corporate law, real estate disputes, labor law and compensation claims, as well as disputes arising from contractual relationships.

In the course of his professional work, he advises clients on matters such as commercial contracts, real estate investments and commercial disputes, and represents them in proceedings before the Turkish courts. He assesses his clients' legal risks—particularly in disputes arising from investments and commercial relationships—and develops strategic solutions.

He believes that building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients is possible through a proper understanding of legal issues and by determining the appropriate strategy for the specific circumstances of each case. Accordingly, he aims to analyze complex legal matters comprehensively and to develop effective, workable solutions.
