Ahmet Coşkun, a founding partner of CT Legal, is a graduate of Vefa High School and Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He provides legal advisory and attorney services to clients primarily in enforcement and insolvency law, IT and technology law, commercial and corporate law, real estate law, labor law, and contract law.

Enforcement and insolvency law lies at the center of his practice. He manages the receivables and enforcement proceedings of corporate clients — chiefly banks, financial institutions, and commercial enterprises — and represents clients in the management of high-volume enforcement portfolios, mortgage enforcement proceedings, composition with creditors (concordat), provisional attachment, commercial receivable disputes, and litigation arising from enforcement law.

In the field of IT and technology law, he provides legal counsel to software companies, technology startups, and digital service providers. He supports clients in legal matters concerning software development and license agreements, technology collaborations, digital platforms, artificial intelligence applications, and technology investments, and builds the legal infrastructure that enables technology companies to conduct their commercial activities securely and sustainably.

He also provides ongoing legal counsel to companies operating in various sectors, advising on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, the regulatory compliance of corporate practices, the resolution of commercial disputes, and the legal management of investment processes. In real estate law, he represents clients in matters involving real property investments, urban regeneration projects, and title deed disputes.
